求助， 电脑不能启动--谢谢

不到一年的台式机， 按了BUTTON不能启动(灯亮， 有一些声音)， 有时又能启动。。
上一次怕了， 所以用RESTART后， 结果又不能启动


找了客服要我自己寄到TX， 太烦， 计费就不少了，盒子也没了，不知是不是换个
POWER SUPPLY个就可以了？谢谢
