猜想你的计算机装的可能是XP, 你试过 control panel 吗？

Enable eastern asia language, did it ask you to put the CD when you do so? Normally on your computer by default installation from the manufacture there is a folder called i380 that is the copy of most stuff from CD, you can manually guide the installtion procedure to look up this folder. Or borrow a restoration CD from your friends.
