help!

I installed returnil virtual and turned on the system protection. Now, I cannot turn off the system protection. When I turn it off, the computer has to do restart,and always got blue screen when it restart, said that my computer got a problem. I have to turn off the power to shut down the computer. But the system protection is still on when I turn on the power. Anyone can help me to turn off the system protectin and remove this returnil virtual software? Thank you very much! I just worry about this software is going to damage my computer.
