刚买不久的笔记本不读DVD

刚买不久的笔记本电脑,联想的.DVD drive不读盘. 不管是DVD还是普通的光盘.放进去后没有任何反应.哪位朋友帮助解答一下是何问题? 祝大家周末快乐
