MSN Live Messenger - can't delete it. Why?

I posted the problem before. I can't open it. I tried to delete it but I still can't delete it. It causes a lot of trouble. The computer always tries to end the exe program, but can't do it every time when i turn the computer off.

Any help is appreciated. Please let me know how to delete it, or make it work?
