Ad-Watch is a new feature in Ad-Aware 2007 that offers real-time defenses but only in the paid version.

You can download the free version and give it a try to see that would solve your problem.

Anyway, like the other HHs(High Hands aka 高手) were saying that your computer's problem though might not be just limited to spyware related issues.
