安装autoCAD时出现了无法通过windows installer

无法通过windows installer服务安装此安装程序包，你必须安装带有更新版本windows installer服务的windows service pack. 然后下载了sp2,安装时说语言根本来的语言不同，不能安装，因为急着用autoCAD有那位好心人愿意帮忙想想办法呢？感谢！
