IE 7 : can not start IE, pop-up asks me to save navcand?

已经是第2次了。 winXP sp2 系统升级后ie7 就打不开了， 总是出来一各对话框 问我要不要save ieframe.dll 文件，保存了这个文件后 照样打不开ie 7.
google 了一下，很多人也遇到过这个问题，有人说就是 update kb931768 for ie7 造成的。我升级前也没注意，请问有什么解决办法没有？
如果不幸又发生了， 如何uninstall "update kb 931768 for ie7" ?
