请问如何把T61 恢复到出厂状态?

thinkvantage下没找到. 我是菜鸟, 用的是英文版, 请高手们详细指点一下.

具体症状: 在装Microsoft Streets and Trips时突然蓝屏，重启后显示thinkvantage rescue and recovery, 按窗口提示一步一步走下去，
但是system restore progress 一直停留在0%, 我强行重启后，又正常了，
检查了所有安装的程序和文件，都没有问题。 电影有图像但突然没有声音了。

声音开着的,最大音量, 在lenovo下了 7ka112ww.exe, 声卡驱动,

装了重起还是没有声音. 大侠们帮帮忙, 有急用. 小弟拜谢了.
