For the Device Harddisk0 D error, I'd keep an eye on my harddisk and review my backup strategy.

Since you've installed both Win and Linux on the same hard drive, not sure if you have enough HD space. That could cause error as well based on the articles that I've read before.

It seems unlikely to be a virus ...
