Can this RAM can be used in my Dell Inspiron 600m Laptop?

I found this memory from an online store, US Modular 512MB PC2 5300 667MHz 200 pin DDR2 Laptop Memory. Can it be used in 600m?
What parameters do we look at for a memory upgrade?

From the manual, I found the memory for my Dell Inspiron 600m Laptop :
Minimum requirement: 266 MHz
Memory module connector: two user-accessible DDR SDRAM SODIMM 200pin connectors
Memory module capacities: 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB, and 1 GB
Memory type: 2.5 V DDR SDRAM PC2100 or PC2700,
depending on your computer's configuration
Standard memory: 128 MB
Maximum memory: 2 GB
