Help! why can't my apple show chinese in WXC?

there was no problem few days ago. i didnt think i changed any setup but it just can not show chinese in WXC any more. other chinese forum is ok and no problem to show chinese character in document if i c&p content from WXC. does anyone know why it happens and what I can do to change it? thanks a million!
