紧急求救:系统瘫痪,硬盘受损,如何取回其中重要资料!

WINDOWS 2000, 前些天系统不断瘫痪和格式化重装.总在升级SP3或SP4时,因无法找到各种系统文件,中途停止而导致系统瘫痪而重装.两周内不少于30次.感觉新买的硬盘可能出现问题!几天在重装后,想马上做一次磁盘整理,在整理D盘过程中,出现提示框,"dfrgntfs.exe"出现问题被WINDOWS终止,同时D盘便丢失,不再显示.紧急求助解决办法.!硬盘是新买不久200G的,C盘用于操作系统文件,D盘用于存放电影和个人资料.几年的家人和个人的照片都在里面.急!!!
