电脑启动不了，求救！！

我的电脑启动不了了。每次开机到运行到输入用户名和密码的界面。出现
McAfee activeshield has found a suspect file on your computer. McAfee strongly
recommends that you scan you computer now. 然后我输入用户名和密码，但无论等多久都进入不到windows的桌面，电脑没法用。
我只好关机，我点击关机。又出现一窗口. Other people are logged on to this computer. Shutting down windows might cause them lose data.

那位高手有何办法或建议，怎么解决。主要是不想直接格式化硬盘重装电脑，这样损失大啦。
