请问partitioning hard drive 要多久

我新买了一个250G的内置硬盘，然后用我电脑本身的system recovery disk 从新安装电脑，结果两个小时过去了， 我的电脑还停留在partitioning, 也没有死机，显示硬盘的小灯也一直在亮着， 这正常吗？ 如果不正常，请问有什么可以解决的办法吗？
