Help: 电脑是不是有病毒了，打开IE出来。。。（system error)

前阵子和同学聊天，同学传照片给我，传完就出来说什么有virus，后来上IE就出现下面的网站：

现在用Firefox,也会出来一个什么 system error小框框，让下载什么...doctor什么的。
是不是病毒呀，难道MSN聊天不安全，我硬盘的Data会受影响吗？怎么去掉病毒？
