Dell laptop 启动要四分多钟！

去年刚买来时，每次启动要四分多钟。后来偶然发现防火墙没有on，turn on 后启动就正常了。今年初 update Symantec AntiVirus 后又变回需要四分多钟。这次防火墙是 on 的。求问各位高手给，看有什么办法解决。多谢多谢。
