我用Windows XP, 可以设定一个时间每天自动关机吗?

Hi!
I just want to know if Windows Xp setup a time and let computer shut down automatically everyday. Because I want to have this for my 17 years old daughter, if I don’t shut down the computer everyday, She will use it until 3Am.
If you know that , please tell me how I can do it.
