Creative Webcam problem: failed to show video

I bought a creative WebCam. It shows: failed to show video when I tried to capture the video. Anyone knows what is the problem?
If I have a WebCam with one PC, and want to chat with another PC which has no WebCam. The second PC can see the video? I tried, nothing worked.
