hpdv6330EU惠普笔记本新买的就没有系统？？

The conputer restarted and unexpectedly or encountered and unexpected error.windows installation cannot proceed.To install windows,
click "ok" to restart computer and then restart the installation.

我朋友今天买的笔记本hpdv6330EU，开机就显示这个，没有系统么？厂家没给安装？怎么处理？找他们去换一个？还是自己安装一个中文的算了？我怕再有什么问题。安全模式也进不去。各位高人给点意见把~谢谢啦`
