我的笔记本电脑CPU为什么老高负荷运转?

一台Toshiba Tecra M2,
已经用了三年了, 按理, 配置也足够了.
Windows XP, Pentinum M 1.7G, 1.5G的memory. memory是足够了,
一般就用个20-30%, 但好象CPU不够.
但我在用Visual Studio 2005 和SQL Server 2005的时候, 有时候就很慢,
CPU几乎满负荷.
系统重装以后, 好了一些, 但有时候还是慢. 有什么办法吗?
