电脑不认移动硬盘

新买的SATA 250G 3.5" 硬盘，新买的NexStar Enclosure，装上后接电源可以听到硬盘在转，但用USB连接到电脑上后，只听到一声电子声（叮当），然后说发现新硬件，之后就没有下文了。打开“我的电脑”，找不到这个硬盘。试了三台电脑（都是XP Professional），都是这样。
希望高手指点迷津，问题在哪儿？
