WinXP or Win2000, easy

if u r using WinXP or 2000, just install chinese support in "Control Panel"->"Reginal and Language options" -> "languages" -> check the "install files for east asian language" -> "apply", it will copy some file to disk.

Then "advanced" -> select the language u will use for non-unicode program -> "ok" -> done

By using this way, u can change your system to run and display programs in any language.
