Can you help me with the Audio out of sync problem after .MOV file uploaded to youtube?


What format of your video file uploaded to youtube?

Please all Da4 Xia2 good at computers , give me some suggestions.
I have problem viewing my video uploaded to youtube, the sound is always earlier than movement.
