How to block email sent to somebody by mistake?

Hello:

I am asking a stupid question because I made a stupid mistake.

By mistake, I sent an important email to someone who is not supposed to see this email. Is there any way that this person will not be able to see my email? Denefitely, he has not opened my email yet. Many thanks.
