Bring a laptop to China

How do you deal with the operating system since they use Chinese Version? It will be costly to buy OS again in China. I haven't been back China for ten years. Is the keyboard different too?

Anything else I have to consider? Is price cheaper here? I am thinking to buy a ThinkPad. Thank you very much!!
