请大侠们支招:启动盘装到硬盘盒里读不出文件了!

各位大侠:本人有一块台式机里拆下来的启动硬盘,WinXP Pro,机器让给别人了,现在想从盘上拷个文件下来,原来是在桌面上的.可是装到硬盘盒里联机后,别的文件都能读,只有原来的c:\documents and settings\owner\目录进不去了,点击时说Access Denied.请问是不是一定要装回原机才能读出?没有别的办法吗?我的原机不在了,没法拿回来.还是说硬盘/目录坏了?
