求教foxpro中的表格问题

dbf格式表格中，field 1 中的内容要replace为 aa 12, field 2 中的内容replace 为 aa 14, field 3 中的内容要replace为 aa 16，field 4 中的内容要replace为 aa 18，field 5 中的内容要replace为 aa 20。哪位大侠知道用什么指令，俺是计算机语言文盲，真的是不懂！
