电脑盲求教..

昨天想在电脑中装一个软件，放入光碟后出现下面的提示:

The installshield engine (IKernel.exe) could not be installed
IKernel.exe could not be copied to “C\program Filed\ Installshield\Engine\6\Intel 32’
Make sure that you have appropriate privileges to copy files to this folder (Ox20)

后来软件也没装成功
麻烦哪位大虾给看看是怎么回事，如何解决。
以前装别的软件时，从未发生过这种事。
