急问：笔记本死了

Toshiba S 5205-s505,刚开机看到Toshiba图标，然后就黑屏了，不是电池问题，显示似乎没有问题，好像连Safe Mode都没法进入。前两天刚装了McAfee Virus Scan plus,然后开机的时候出现系统错误: aodwaq93.dll, thotkey,rsj.dll.没在意。然后这两天有时系统无缘无故自己在运行什么东西，反映很慢，按Ctrl+Alt+Delete,"进程"里系统占用80％－90％。今天出现同样的问题，从新启动，然后就什么也看不见了。有没有什么办法从新装一遍Windows XP? 电脑已过包修，如果送出去修应注意什么？
