Are you guys using Winxp sp2? I did a search, some of people don't like it at all because some problems occured after they installed the Win xp sp2.Since i lost my orginal DVD, i don't want to damage my laptop.my webcam's system requirements are win 2000 or win xp ...., it's supposed to work with my laptop,but it doesn't,so i may return it.please give me the other ideas.thanks for helping again.
