求教高手...Accessibility 的问题

这个问题已经求教过多位PC系统管理员，毫无办法。问题是这样的：
XP中有一个叫accessibility的东东，是给残障人士用的，有magnifier, narrator, on-screen keyboard。不知为何被自动激活了，关也关不掉。left shift 也不工作了（很新的机器），不像是病毒。求各位大侠帮助，先谢了。
