MSN出问题了

昨天电脑没有关机就拔了电源,再次打开发现MSN开不了了,每次双击MSN就会出来一个提示:Window Live Messager has encountered a problem and needs to close.上面的报告细节上说错误报告包括"information regarding the condition of Windows Live messager when the problem occured;the operation system version and computer hardware in use; your digital products ID which could be used to identify your license; and the IP address of your computer"
我把MSN软件都删了再下载重装了一次,还是没有.
请教高手的意见!不胜感激!
