我的是硬盘坏了吗?

电脑突然变的开机后进不了WINDOWS,显示ACER(ACER的台市机)后就死了(不动了),键盘根本就不亮,所以无法选择DEL 或者F12,开始的时候试几次后还能偶尔的启动,一旦进了WINDOWS就完全正常了,现在已经是完全进不去了.
机器是新买的ACER ASPIRE AST180,硬盘是HITACHI的250GB的SATA2,机器不带启动盘,试着用其他的WINDOWS XP HOME安装盘启动,不行.
我的问题是:
1)有可能是硬盘坏了吗?我自己装了新的256MBPCI显卡,好象与这个没关系(因为去掉还是一样),画面冻结后根本就听不见硬盘启动时的声音.
2)我手头有一个SEAGATE的SATA2,请问怎么样能把老硬盘里的东西靠过来,因为有好多东西还在死的硬盘里?
3)可以想ACER只要一个新的硬盘自己安装可以吗?
