紧急求救，请高手指点

我打好的WORD文本文件，前半部分保存过，打好后半部分又存一次。后电脑死机，

重启动后点击 word，打开该文件名下文件，word消失，再打开一次，word 里直接出现一个对话框，说该文件有破损，可能修复部分文件，要不要修复。

选yes之后，出现一个怪码文件，大部分是以下内容
Times New Roman
Times New Roman
Symbol
Symbol
Root Entry
Root Entry
1Table
1Table
WordDocument
WordDocument
SummaryInformation
以及一些路径
每次打开该文件都这样。
请问高手们这是什么问题，有可能解决么，文件可能修复么？
