请教:bt极慢?

可以看见("传送信息",S-5.8.7 Plus! 4.0 Beta 4)很多下载者,许多速度很快,~100-200KB/s, 眼看着别人下完了, 而我的速度只有; 上传 7K/s, 下载 1~3K/s. 急死人了.
请教高手! 急!
