大家看看还有没有救了

手欠，把自己的XP用户帐户给删了，还有救不？

怎么删的，过程如下
在“我的电脑”单击右键，点“管理”，然后选“本地用户和组”
然后点“用户”，然后一下子把写着自己名字的那个用户给删除了_:'(

还有没有救了啊？进不去了根本。
