我如何才能在没用 window explore and internet explore 下看到 中文

请问各位电脑高手，我如何才能在没用 window explore and internet explore 下看到 中文网站。我可以用outlook 看中文网界面，也就是首页。可当我想点击看里面的了内容就进不去了。请问各位高手有啥办法吗？谢谢！
