using true Image to make the image file of OS partition

then you can restore the image on this disk again after having deleted all partitions.

For safety, suggest to get another hard disk, restore your OS on the extra hard disk and test if it works, then delete the original two partitions, and restore on the original disk. If don't have an extra disk, borrow one, after have done, give back.

ghost can do the same thing.
