求教:如何驱除"信使服务"(message window)的弹出窗口

我的计算机上装了windows2000中文版以后,再装了卡巴斯基杀毒软件,但是上网后,计算机经常弹出一些公司的"信使服务"(message window)的弹出窗口,说我的"registry"有问题,要我到他们公司装软件.比如下面这个:

1. Download and Install Registry Cleaner from http://www.msreg.com
2. Run Registry Cleaner

有点奇怪的是,这个窗口给的两个网址(www.msreg.com,msrepair.net)还不一样.
还有其它公司的窗口,也是差不多的内容.我已经花了$39.95装了一个registrycleanerxp的注册表清洁工具,该工具运行后说registry已经被fix了,可是其它公司的类似窗口还是弹出来,烦不胜烦.我重新装了一次windows2000操作系统,还是没有解决问题.请高手指教该如何去掉这些窗口,谢谢!
