紧急求救!!!!!!again

我的winxp 系统,我的权限是computer administrator,正常情况下,你必须有密码才可以进入,但是他不用我的帐户(administrator),可以自己建立一个帐户,权限跟我的一样,不是guest帐户,我已经将它设为off,即使是on,正常情况下,他也没有这样的权限,还请高手给予指教.
