请帮我看一下，为什么换了硬盘后电脑看不了DVD?

我的手提电脑硬盘坏了坏了一个硬盘，但是重装后看不了dvd了。
用interVideo错误说can't create overlay, please reduce resolution, etc. 但我把分辨率调低了还是不行。

如果用windows media player就只出声音不出图像，请问这是怎么回事？
