对于你的问题，答案是Yes and No.

Yes. 几乎所有的digital camera(dc)可以当成webcam, 做法是将dc 的analog video out连到pc上的video capture device. Video capture device可以是专门的video capture card或者TV tuner, 你必须另外购置.

No. 大多数dc不能通过USB连到PC上作为webcam, 少数dc(往往是不知名的杂牌）有此功能。
