To verify your PC never goes standby, right click on blank desktop->properties->screen saver->power. If System standby is Never, then standby is indeed disabled.

Current transfer mode is Not applicable means there is no device connected. So it is irrelevant.
If you don't see PIO mode for either primary or secondary channel, don't delete and your problem is caused by sth else.
