ATA-133和SATA哪个好?

还是俺那新装的机器，本来有个ATA-133的硬盘，和一块Promise Ultra-133的卡。俺的新主板只支持ATA-100, 不支持ATA-133

选项一: 买个SATA的硬盘
选项二: 使用老硬盘(ATA-133), 在主板上再插块ATA-133卡。

选项二不要追加投资，问题是选项一性能比选项二好多少呢?
