一些问题：
-这种情况是重装后立即出现的，还是装或卸了其他软件后才出现的？
-除了硬盘符外，双击其它图标都正常吗？如文件夹，捷径shortcut等等。
-如果在My Computer中生成一个硬盘的捷径,双击后能打开吗？
-右击硬盘符打开的菜单中，那一行是用粗体字？是Open,Explore还是其它，或没有？
