如何将PAL 制式 VHS 录像带转成DVD

家里有一些PAL 制式 VHS 录像带，都
是一些过去国内家里亲戚朋友拍的家
庭录像。很有纪念意义。

现在拿到美国，不知如何将PAL 制式
VHS 录像带转成DVD 或其他digital format.

问了几家商店，也都没有VCR可以放PAL
制式。 急请各位大侠帮忙。衷心感谢！
