求救 DBDB

I get this sql 6.5 installed on NT4.0. working fine.
but I try to upgrade to sql 2000 by invoking the upgrade wizard from sql 2000, it ask me that " are you the NT administrator of sql 6.5 NT server".
I supply the right sa password for sql6.5 and sql 2k.

I try to connect the sql6.5 by osql, i got this error message:
C:>osql -S 205.252.180.215 -U sa

operation. Please contact your system administrator.

what can I do right now.

by the way, good thing is , this is in testing envirment. but If i could not get this test work fine, i wonder how I am going to migrate the production sam.
