感恩节买了一垃圾回来 (Kensington wireless keyboard)

有人用过 Kensington wireless pilot desktop 么？感恩节刚买的。鼠标用起来还可以， 键盘简直就是一垃圾， 刚用了才不到一星期就不工作了。

试了他们网站上建议的方法（所谓的 synchronsizing ), 一点儿反应没有， 无论如何也输入不了东西了。

有人遇到过同样的问题么？
