请问这里的高手：SQL 2000 Remote Connection

请问：如何远程连接SQL 2000? 俺已试了Microsoft Server Unitility，就是连不上。是不是因为dynamic IP造成的问题？SQL 2000本身应该没问题，因为local connection OK (same computer). 先谢谢了！
